By using this website, the TaskSavvy Business Clarity Advisor, or TaskSavvy materials, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use them. You must have authority to provide any business information you submit and to make decisions for the business you represent.
Operational guidance
TaskSavvy provides general operational education, planning support, systems, and implementation services for small businesses. Recommendations depend on the information supplied and may change when additional facts become available.
Business Clarity Advisor
The Business Clarity Advisor helps users examine clients, tasks, revenue visibility, assets, and recurring operations. Users remain responsible for business decisions, implementation, data accuracy, permissions, backups, and professional review.
Version 1 does not require account credentials or private spreadsheet access. Do not provide passwords, API keys, banking credentials, full account numbers, or unnecessary sensitive information.
No guarantee
TaskSavvy does not guarantee revenue, profit, savings, productivity gains, legal compliance, uninterrupted availability, or any particular business outcome. Operational scores and plans are directional tools rather than audits, certifications, or warranties.
Acceptable use
You may not use TaskSavvy products or materials to violate law, infringe rights, gain unauthorized access, introduce harmful code, misrepresent identity or authority, or interfere with the service. You may not remove ownership notices or redistribute paid products except where written permission expressly allows it.
Ownership and licenses
TaskSavvy retains its rights in its branding, written materials, templates, system architecture, and other intellectual property. Customer ownership of delivered Google Workspace files and the permitted use of templates or custom work are governed by the terms presented with the applicable purchase or engagement.
Purchases and services
Prices, scope, delivery, support, refunds, and other commercial terms shown at checkout, in an invoice, or in a written service agreement apply to that transaction. The purchase, delivery, and support overview explains the general customer journey for ready-built products, custom services, and CORE Care. Plugin recommendations do not create a purchase obligation or alter those commercial terms.
Third-party platforms
Use of ChatGPT, Codex, Google Workspace, payment processors, or linked services remains subject to those providers' terms. TaskSavvy Solutions is independent of OpenAI and Google and is not endorsed by either company.
Limitation and changes
To the extent permitted by law, TaskSavvy is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of general guidance or materials. We may update these terms as capabilities and legal requirements change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
