CLEAR EXPECTATIONS · BEFORE YOU BUY

From product choice
to working system.

TaskSavvy product purchases currently use an assisted checkout so the correct product, Google Workspace requirements, price, and delivery path are confirmed before payment.

THE PURCHASE PATH

One clear handoff
at every step.

No surprise platform migration and no hidden TaskSavvy software subscription. Product pages show the one-time product price; custom services and CORE Care are quoted or confirmed separately.

  1. 01
    Choose the product or package

Select BusinessCORE, one Flow, or the package that matches the operating areas you want to improve.

  2. 02
    Send the prefilled purchase request

The button opens an email with the product and advertised price. Sending the request does not charge you or create a contract.

  3. 03
    Confirm requirements and terms

TaskSavvy confirms the exact contents, price, any applicable tax, delivery timing, support boundary, and the secure invoice or payment link before you pay.

  4. 04
    Complete secure payment

Payment is completed through the link supplied by TaskSavvy. Do not send card or bank information by email.

  5. 05
    Receive your private delivery

After cleared payment, TaskSavvy sends the licensed Google Workspace files, copy instructions, and Quick Start guidance to the purchaser’s confirmed email—normally within one business day.

  6. 06
    Install, authorize, and verify

Make working copies, complete the guided connection steps, authorize Google’s spreadsheet access where required, and verify that the expected headers or records appear.

PRODUCT REQUIREMENTS

What you need
before installation.

01

Google Workspace

An active Google Workspace account with permission to create, copy, and edit Google Drive and Google Sheets files.

02

Desktop setup

A desktop or laptop browser is recommended for copying files, pasting connection URLs, authorizing access, and completing the initial verification.

03

BusinessCORE for connections

A Flow can be used as a focused standalone workspace. BusinessCORE is required when two or more TaskSavvy Flows operate as one connected system.

04

Google authorization

Connected systems require the owner to approve Google’s access prompt in BusinessCORE and in each applicable Flow before data can pass between them.

DELIVERY & ONBOARDING

Delivered to the business.
Owned by the business.

Ready-built products are delivered as private Google Workspace copy links with written setup guidance. Custom services follow the scope, milestones, and handoff stated in the written proposal.

  • Ready-built products: licensed files, copy instructions, Quick Start guidance, and links to the Learning Center.
  • Bundles: BusinessCORE plus the selected Flows, with the same connection architecture and one coordinated delivery.
  • Custom builds: discovery, written scope, fixed or milestone pricing, testing, documentation, and handoff.
  • CORE Care: optional month-to-month support beginning after system eligibility and access are confirmed.

INSTALLATION

Copy. Connect.
Confirm.

  1. 01
    Create working copies

Copy the supplied templates into the Google Drive location controlled by your business. Keep the original delivery links unchanged.

  2. 02
    Add connection URLs

Paste the working Flow URLs into BusinessCORE and the BusinessCORE URL into each connected Flow.

  3. 03
    Allow access in both places

Open the designated import tabs and approve Google’s “Allow access” prompt in CORE and in every connected Flow.

  4. 04
    Verify the result

Confirm the expected headers or records appear and that CORE reports the connection as connected.

SUPPORT & REFUND EXPECTATIONS

Clear boundaries.
Useful help.

Delivery and access help

Email support covers missing delivery, inaccessible copy links, and a materially incomplete or defective file. Report an access or file issue promptly so TaskSavvy can repair or replace the delivery.

Setup and customization

Unless the product page, invoice, or written agreement says otherwise, self-installation is included through documentation; hands-on setup, data migration, customization, and third-party integrations are separate services.

Digital-product refunds

A product order may be cancelled for a refund before its private files are delivered. After delivery, digital-product sales are final except for duplicate charges, inaccessible or materially defective files TaskSavvy cannot correct, and rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

Services and CORE Care

Custom-service deposits, milestones, rescheduling, and cancellation follow the written proposal or invoice. CORE Care is month-to-month; cancellation ends future service, not access to the system the customer owns.
