ABOUT TASKSAVVY SOLUTIONS

Operational systems shaped by the work itself.

TaskSavvy Solutions helps small businesses replace scattered information, fragile processes, and repetitive administration with practical systems built inside Google Workspace.

BUILT IN ASHBURN, VIRGINIA · SERVING THE DMV

Clarity is not decoration.
It is operating capacity.

TaskSavvy began with a recurring operational problem: important information was spread across spreadsheets, inboxes, conversations, and individual memory. Work still moved, but visibility and control weakened as complexity grew.

Founder Daniel Durham brought lessons from warehouse logistics, receiving, inventory control, project coordination, and day-to-day business operations into a simple design standard: a useful system must be understandable, maintainable, and grounded in how people actually work.

The result is a modular product family. BusinessCORE provides the shared foundation. ClientFlow, TaskFlow, RevenueFlow, AssetFlow, and OpsFlow create focused operating capability.

DESIGN PRINCIPLES

What every TaskSavvy system must protect.

01

One source of truth

Important information should have a clear home and dependable structure.

02

Clarity over complexity

A system should reduce cognitive load, not require an expert to understand it.

03

Native ownership

Systems are delivered inside the customer’s Google Workspace so the business retains control of its operational data.

04

Modular growth

Start with the pressure point that matters now and add capability without discarding the foundation.
