Information you choose to provide

TaskSavvy may receive information you submit through website forms, email, service inquiries, purchases, or project conversations. This may include your name, contact information, business details, and information needed to provide the product or service you request.

Do not send passwords, API keys, banking credentials, full account numbers, or other sensitive access information unless a separately documented and appropriately secured process specifically requires it.

Website and service providers

Our website, communications, payments, and digital delivery may rely on service providers that process information on our behalf. Their handling of information is also governed by their own terms and privacy practices. TaskSavvy uses information only for legitimate operating purposes such as responding to inquiries, delivering purchases, providing support, maintaining systems, and improving the customer experience.

Business Clarity Advisor — version 1

The first public version of TaskSavvy Business Clarity Advisor is a skills-only plugin. It uses the information a user voluntarily provides in the current ChatGPT or Codex conversation to assess business operations and prepare recommendations.

No external TaskSavvy connection in version 1The plugin does not connect to TaskSavvy servers, Google Sheets, Google Drive, financial accounts, BusinessCORE, or other external services. It does not give TaskSavvy independent access to a user's files or accounts.

TaskSavvy does not operate a separate data store for version 1. Conversation processing and retention are governed by the OpenAI product, account, and workspace settings through which the plugin is used.

Recommendations and links

The advisor may recommend free resources or TaskSavvy products and services when they fit a user's stated needs. A recommendation does not require a purchase. When a user follows a link to this website, activity on the website is governed by this policy and the applicable provider practices.

Sharing, retention, and security

TaskSavvy does not sell personal information. Information may be shared with service providers when necessary to operate the business, comply with law, protect rights and security, or complete a transaction requested by the user. We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose collected, legal obligations, dispute resolution, and legitimate business records.

No system can guarantee absolute security. TaskSavvy uses reasonable administrative and technical practices appropriate to the information and service involved.

Your choices

You may ask about information you provided directly to TaskSavvy, request a correction, or request deletion where applicable and legally permitted. Use the contact page and describe the request clearly. We may need to verify the request before acting.

Future connected versions

If a future plugin version connects to BusinessCORE, Google Workspace, or another service, TaskSavvy will update this policy and describe the data, permissions, purpose, retention, and controls before releasing that functionality.

Policy updates

We may update this policy as TaskSavvy products, services, or legal requirements change. The effective date above will identify the current published version.
