Path 1: Build it yourself

Choose a TaskSavvy product when the operational problem matches a clear model and you are comfortable following guided setup. Start with one Flow for a focused need, or add BusinessCORE when two or more Flows must share standards and produce a connected view.

The product is a one-time purchase delivered into your business environment. Your team owns the working system and its data.

Path 2: Guided setup

Choose setup when the product fits but you want TaskSavvy to install it, configure the core settings, prepare the structure, and guide the handoff. This avoids turning a good purchase into another file nobody finishes implementing.

Path 3: Customize a TaskSavvy system

Choose customization when CORE or a Flow is the right foundation but your fields, statuses, views, formulas, reporting, or handoffs need to reflect the way your business works. Customization extends a proven structure rather than starting from an empty sheet.

Path 4: Commission a custom build

Choose a custom Flow or operating system when the workflow is unique, crosses several teams or operating areas, or cannot be represented honestly by an existing product. Custom work begins with discovery and scoping because the process must be clear before the system can be priced responsibly.

Path 5: Maintain with CORE Care

Choose CORE Care after the system is in use and needs routine reviews, small adjustments, troubleshooting, or priority support. Maintenance protects the value of the system without forcing the owner to reserve time for every operational change.
